IT Project Coordinator

About the Role:

Eunoia Tech Consultancy is looking for a motivated and organized IT Project Coordinator to support the implementation and coordination of an upcoming large-scale digital transformation project with a technology partner and client.

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities between Eunoia, technology partners and the client.
• Track project milestones, tasks, deliverables and deadlines.
• Follow up with technology partners and project teams on outstanding activities and deliverables.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and highlight delays, risks and dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, action logs and status reports.
• Coordinate project meetings and activities across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
• Maintain project documentation and support communication among stakeholders.
• Help ensure project activities progress according to agreed scope, schedule, SLA, quality and contractual requirements.

Full-time, on-site role supporting a 3-5-year large-scale digital transformation project. Morning shift. Regular travel to Saudi Arabia is required.

• At least 2 years of experience supporting or coordinating IT projects.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to Saudi Arabia as required by the project.
• Ability to attend project meetings and activities in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders across both countries.
• Flexibility to support project activities according to business and project requirements.
