Industry Enterprise SAP Consulting and Financial Systems
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis
- Conduct workshops with business users and stakeholders.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Prepare Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
- Conduct gap analysis between current and future-state processes.
- Recommend SAP standard solutions and best practices.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD).
- Prepare Solution Design Documents (SDD).
- Develop process flows and business scenarios.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
Testing Responsibilities
- Prepare test scenarios and scripts.
- Execute system integration testing (SIT).
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate end-to-end business processes.
- Taxpayer registration
- Tax assessment processing
- Payment allocation
- Debt collection
- Refund processing
- Interest and penalty calculation
- Financial postings to GL
Reporting Responsibilities
Support development and validation of:
- Revenue Collection Reports
- Taxpayer Statements
- Dunning Reports
- Enforcement Reports
- Compliance Reporting
- Regulatory Reporting
SAP Modules
- SAP Tax and Revenue Management (TRM)
- SAP FI-CA
- SAP S/4
HANA Finance - SAP Business Partner
- SAP Accounts Receivable
- SAP Collections Management
FI-CA Expertise
Strong hands-on knowledge of:
- Business Partner Configuration
- Contract Accounts
- Main and Sub Transactions
- Payment Processing
- Clearing Control
- Dunning Procedures
- Interest Calculation
- Write-Off Processing
- Collection Strategies
- Security Deposits
Required Business Knowledge
Strong understanding of:
- Tax Administration Processes
- Revenue Collection Processes
- Compliance Management
- Debt Recovery
- Government Finance
- Public Sector Revenue Operations
- Audit and Regulatory Controls
Experience Requirements
- 8+ years SAP functional consulting experience.
- 5+ years SAP FI-CA experience.
- 3+ years SAP Tax and Revenue Management experience.
- Experience with at least 2 full SAP implementation projects.
- Experience leading functional workshops.
- Experience preparing BRDs, FDDs, and configuration specifications.
