- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum certifications are an advantage.
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in project management in IT Banking.
- Banking or financial services experience is preferred.
- The role holder is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring IT projects across the organization’s core banking and digital technology portfolio.
- Collect, extract, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions to support management decision‑making.
- Translate business requirements into analytical models, reports, and meaningful performance indicators.
- Analyze customer behavior, transaction patterns, and business trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development of customer insights and data‑driven digital products and initiatives.
- Design, develop, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and management reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data requirements and deliver relevant analytical solutions.
- Perform data quality assessments and implement validation processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Develop automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual reporting activities.
- Support the development and maintenance of data models, datasets, and business intelligence solutions.
- Conduct trend analysis, segmentation, and exploratory data analysis to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Support the identification of opportunities for process optimization, revenue enhancement, and improved customer experience.
- Work with IT and data teams to improve data accessibility, integration, and reporting capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with internal data governance, information security, and customer data confidentiality requirements.
- Prepare analytical findings and present insights and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated on data analytics technologies, BI tools, and industry best practices.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Strong experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of IT systems implementation, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and system integration projects.
- Understanding of banking operations, core banking systems, and digital banking technologies is an advantage.
- Strong risk management, issue resolution, and decision‑making capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
