Website & Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Website & Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our school s online presence and increase student admissions.

• Experience designing, building, and managing professional school websites.
• Able to create a modern, user-friendly website that is easy for parents to navigate.
• Experience setting up and optimizing online admissions and enquiry forms with a simple application process.
• Able to integrate admissions systems, enquiry forms, Whats App, call buttons, maps, and other essential features into the website.
• Strong knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve Google rankings and increase website traffic.
• Experience running and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Tik Tok, and other digital platforms.
• Able to create high-converting lead generation campaigns that attract prospective parents and increase admissions enquiries.
• Experience tracking campaign performance, analyzing results, and improving return on investment (ROI).
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Able to improve website speed, performance, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
• Experience creating landing pages for admissions campaigns and promotional offers.
• Understanding of user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization to maximize enquiries and applications.
• Able to maintain website security, update content regularly, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and digital content creation is an advantage.
• Experience working with schools or the education sector is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred, but candidates who are fluent in either language are also encouraged to apply.
