Join FRESME's Fin Tech team to design and deliver digital banking, payment gateway, and wallet infrastructure for clients across the GCC. You'll work directly with banks and PSPs to architect solutions that are secure, scalable, and built around SAMA, CBB, and SBP rules.## What you’ll do1. 01
Architect end-to-end Fin Tech solutions including digital banks, payment gateways, and mobile wallets
2. 02
Lead technical discovery with banking clients and translate requirements into technical blueprints
3. 03
Design solutions around SAMA Open Banking, CBB regulations, and SBP guidelines
4. 04
Define integration patterns with core banking systems (CBS), card schemes (Visa, Mastercard), and switch networks
5. 05
Work with security teams to implement PCI-DSS and regional cybersecurity frameworks
6. 06
Provide technical leadership during implementation and go-live phases## What we’re looking for
* 6+ years in Fin Tech architecture or senior payment systems engineering
* Deep understanding of ISO 8583, ISO 20022, and payment switching
* Experience with digital banking platforms (Temenos, Thought Machine, Mambu, or similar)
* Knowledge of SAMA Open Banking framework and/or CBB regulations
* Expertise in API security (OAuth 2.0, mTLS, tokenisation)
* Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills## Nice to have
* Experience launching a digital bank or neobank from scratch
* CAMS, CISSP, or PCI QSA certification
* Arabic language skills
