Sales Officer; Insurance Broker

The individual in this role would be responsible for calling prospective customers, explaining our product, and guiding them through their purchase process. who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Calling potential customers to explain Click Insurance products and encourage purchases.
• Answering customers questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of Click Insurance products.
• Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
• Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that Click Insurance is reaching its target audience.
• Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that Click Insurance products meet current market needs.
• Analyzing competitors products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
• Enter all customer data into the Click Insurance system or as requested.
• Managing Click Insurance social media accounts in line with the work

Skills:

• Accuracy and speed in entering customer data.
• Ability to convince the customer in line with the Click Insurance's direction.
• Compliance with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws.
• Ability to cooperate with all employees to achieve the desired target.
• Accepting additional work in the rest of the departments, if any.
• Insurance Agencies and Brokerages

Required:

At least Diploma level

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales in the insurance or insurance brokerage firm.
