- To provide assistance in matters related to Medical Insurance
- Dealing with clients brokers queries and any follow up
- Issuance and data entry of policy documents endorsements addition and deletion etc
- Assist in claims handling amp monthly claims settlement
- Assist in quotations amp renewals of Policies
- Liaise with third party administrators on various matters regarding medical services to clients
- Preparation of system generated monthly statistics and information
- Periodical review of claims plus correspondence with participating reinsurers wherever applicable
- Maintaining policy documents and claim files records
- Assist in any other capacity as and when required
- Bachelor s degree
- Insurance qualification is preferable
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance field
- Proficient in computer applications
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
