Facility Technician Supervisor, Kitchen Park- EP & Bahrain

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor based in Bahrain or the Eastern Province of KSA. This role focuses on monitoring preventive maintenance and complex repairs, especially HVAC and building systems, ensuring optimal performance and process improvement.

What you’ll do

• Performing complex Planned Preventative Maintenance, HVAC + Other.
• Diagnosing complex engineering system issues.
• Engineering Systems Validation (ESV) & TAB at new facilities.
• Installing & maintaining proprietary WAKS + BMS systems.
• Provide remote troubleshooting support to onsite Operations team members, Facility Managers, and 3rd party mechanical contractors / service providers.
• Analyze Mechanical Startup, System Design Verification (SDV) & Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) reports generated by 3rd party contractors.
• Develop and evolve commissioning & maintenance process / playbook in collaboration with managers and peers. Monitor successes & lessons learned, and evolve processes dynamically.
• Extensive/complex HVAC repairs.
• Basic electrical & plumbing remediation.

What we’re looking for

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in HVAC and building systems maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance strategies and engineering diagnostics.
• Experience with commissioning, system validation, and BMS/WAKS systems.
• Ability to analyze technical reports and lead repairs, including electrical and plumbing.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Demand for online food delivery is growing really fast! In the last 5 years, just in the US, the overall market has expanded 10X from $10B to $100B, and could expand to $500bn- $1T by 2030.
