Job Summary
- Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.)
- Assisting in the dispatching of incoming and outgoing correspondences and the internal movement of documents within the company.
- Serving tea & coffee and maintaining housekeeping of the Division's offices.
- Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.
- Taking out trash and recycling; cleaning the interior and exterior of all trash and recycling bins.
