Service Engineer

Good knowledge of all type Dx air conditioning units mainly in ducted package, VRF, minisplit, window, etc. Should have minimum 5 years field experience. Able to quote all type of Dx retrofit jobs, monitor maintenance team, plan day‑to‑day service calls, breakdown calls, plan annual maintenance contracts, prepare client database reports, monitor technicians, foremen, and supervisors. Able to manage 25–30 calls per day with 8 teams of technicians and plan AMC contracts as convenient.
Hand‑on experience with Dx air conditioning. Good knowledge to identify spare parts brand. Good knowledge of DX‑market for procurement of spare parts. Good communication skill, computer literacy is must, able to prepare report letters to client and quotations.
- Experience:
3 to 7 years - Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
- Languages:
English, Hindi & Arabic (advantage) - Age: 25 to 34
