: Job Vacancy:
Field Supervisor
Join our team as a Field Supervisor. Responsibilities include supervising field workers, monitoring staff performance and attendance, arranging daily work schedules, coordinating jobs, and working in the field across Bahrain.
Requires knowledge of Bahrain roads and locations, the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks, and basic knowledge of pest control services is an advantage.
Full-time, morning shift, on-site role in Manama with travel required. Salary: 200–250 BHD.
Job Specification:
- Team leadership and field staff supervision
- Daily work scheduling and job coordination
- Staff performance and attendance monitoring
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic reporting and smartphone/Whats App skills
- Good knowledge of Bahrain roads and locations
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of pest control services is an advantage
- Valid Bahrain Driving License
