Baker, Manufacturing ​/ Production

We are in search of an experienced and skilled Baker to join our team in Manama Bahrain. As a Baker you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods for our customers.

• Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
• Bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
• Decorate and finish products with icing, glazes, or toppings
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards
• Track inventory and order supplies as needed
• Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures

• Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
• Ability to follow recipes accurately
• Knowledge of ingredients and their functions in the baking process
• Attention to detail
• Creativity in decorating baked goods
• Physical stamina to work long hours
• Time‑management skills
• Good communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month with accommodation included.
