We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our bakery team as an Entry Level Baker in Manama. This is an entry-level position and no prior experience is necessary.
Responsibilities- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries and other baked goods according to recipes.
- Measure and mix ingredients to form dough or batter.
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers and proofing cabinets.
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection.
- Decorate and glaze finished products as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
- Follow all food safety regulations.
- Provide on-the-job training for new bakers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of baking techniques and ingredients preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Visa sponsorship available for non-national candidates.
