Machine Operator – DWC Pipes

Responsibilities

• Machine Setup
  :
  Set up extrusion machines in accordance with established company procedures and standards.
• Operation & Tooling
  :
  Perform die changes and machine start-ups efficiently.
• Process Control
  :
  Monitor machine settings and parameters, maintain accurate records of production data.
• Troubleshooting
  :
  Identify and resolve process problems promptly to achieve the highest quality products with minimum rejection waste.
• Quality Inspection
  :
  Carry out regular in‑process inspections of finished products to ensure quality control and QC compliance.
• Maintenance Reporting
  :
  Observe and report any minor machinery anomalies to the Shift Supervisor or Maintenance Supervisor for prompt action.
• Safety & Environment
  :
  Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working environment by strictly adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Minimum of High School / Completion of secondary education; a basic technical background or diploma in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical work experience as an operator in the plastic extrusion manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) pipe manufacturing.
