Baker, Manufacturing ​/ Production

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As the Head Baker you will be responsible for overseeing all bakery operations including creating and maintaining recipes, managing inventory and supplies, and training and supervising staff.

• Develop and maintain recipes for a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
• Ensure high quality standards for all baked goods through consistent production methods.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Train and supervise bakery staff ensuring proper techniques are being used.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Monitor equipment performance and schedule maintenance when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into recipes.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

• Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role in a bakery setting.
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and sanitation standards.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

$1500 per month plus benefits, including free visa and ticket. This is a contract job.
