Experience level
3–5 years in production engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in steel fabrication / cut & bend industry.
Skills- Strong knowledge of rebar processing, cutting and bending machinery, and production workflows.
- Ability to plan production schedules, allocate resources, and monitor KPIs for efficiency.
- Strong coordination skills with QA/QC, maintenance, logistics, and focus on quality and safety.
- Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical or related field);
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - Hands‑on experience in steel reinforcement and rebar processing operations.
- Good understanding of production reporting, material control, and HSE practices.
