We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shearline Operator to join our growing team The selected candidate will be responsible for operating shearline machines for rebar cutting and bending activities while ensuring accuracy productivity and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operate shearline machines for cutting and bending reinforcement steel bars rebar
- Read and follow production schedules cutting lists and work instructions
- Ensure accurate measurements and quality of cut bend operations
- Perform routine machine checks and report any operational issues
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the work area
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets
- Minimum basic reading and writing skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in shearline machine operation for rebar cut & bend works
- Good knowledge of reinforcement steel processing procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with workplace safety standards and procedures
- Physically fit, disciplined, and hardworking
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
