We are a renowned bakery in Manama and we are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our bakery operations, including creating new recipes, managing inventory and supplies, supervising staff, and ensuring the quality and consistency of our products.

Manama

• Create and develop new recipes for baked goods
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Supervise a team of bakers, providing guidance and training when necessary
• Ensure the quality and consistency of all baked goods produced
• Oversee production schedules to meet customer demand
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
• Monitor equipment for proper functioning and report any issues to management
• Adhere to food safety standards at all times

• Minimum 5 years experience as a baker, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
• Ability to create new recipes while also maintaining consistency with existing ones
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
• Must have a valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one if not currently held
