We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our dynamic team in Manama. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire baking process, from preparing and mixing ingredients to creating the perfect finished product. You must have a passion for baking and be able to consistently produce high-quality baked goods that meet our customers' expectations.

This is a leadership role, so excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

• Oversee all aspects of the baking process, including ingredient preparation, mixing, shaping, and baking
• Create new recipes and develop innovative flavors and designs for our baked goods
• Inspect baked goods for quality and consistency
• Train and supervise a team of bakers to ensure they adhere to company standards and procedures
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
• Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to develop new products or improve existing ones
• Monitor baking equipment for proper functioning and schedule repairs or maintenance when needed
• Keep track of production costs to maintain budget control

• Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role in a bakery setting
• Strong knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique recipes
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in training and supervising staff
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1000 per month
