As the Head Baker at our bakery in Manama, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our baking operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month, and we are urgently seeking someone with experience in this role.

• Plan and coordinate the production of all baked goods, ensuring high quality and consistency
• Manage and train a team of bakers, providing guidance and support as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to maintain production
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Develop new recipes and menu items to keep our bakery offerings fresh and exciting

• Proven experience as a head baker or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Must have a valid work permit for Bahrain or be willing to obtain one
