We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality & Factory Manager to oversee operations at our Manama facility. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring expertise in production planning, quality control, and manufacturing operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing production plans, ensuring quality benchmarks are met, optimizing processes, and leading the team to achieve operational efficiency. The Quality & Factory Manager will collaborate closely with multiple departments to uphold our commitment to excellence and drive continuous improvements in our manufacturing processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the aluminium/facade industry
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
• Familiarity with AAMA and ASTM standards
• Proven experience in factory and production management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Manage and implement quality control systems
• Oversee production processes and ensure efficiency
• Monitor testing, inspections, and quality reports
• Improve productivity and operational performance
