Job description
We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Production Engineer in Bahrain
. Our client is a reputed organization in the Rebar / Steel Manufacturing sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.
- Manage day-to-day rebar cut and bend production activities to achieve production targets.
- Plan and coordinate cutting, bending, scheduling, and processing of reinforcement steel.
- Monitor rebar processing machinery and ensure efficient equipment utilization.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of cut-and-bend production equipment.
- Troubleshoot production and machinery issues to minimize downtime.
- Monitor product quality, dimensions, bending accuracy, and production output.
- Maintain production and maintenance records and report operational performance.
- Ensure safe working practices and adherence to applicable production procedures.
- Preventive maintenance planning
- Production reporting and process optimization
- Knowledge of reinforcement steel fabrication workflows
Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in the rebar cut & bend production and maintenance field
. Candidates should have practical exposure to both production operations and maintenance activities within a rebar processing environment.
- Minimum: Typical qualification — Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or related Engineering discipline
- Preferred: Relevant engineering qualification
