We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of baked goods such as breads, pastries, and desserts. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Baker and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate and a valid biometric passport is required.

• Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
• Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for appearance and taste
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ingredients
• Collaborate with other members of the kitchen team to coordinate orders
• Follow food safety and sanitation regulations

• Previous experience working as a Baker or in a similar role
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of different baking techniques and recipes
• Excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Willingness to work early morning shifts or weekends if necessary
• Biometric passport
