Role Objective
Oversee 21K casting and raw gold inventory issue and receipt in system and physical. Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
Key Accountabilities- Maintain issue and receipt of all 21K casted gold, findings in a production bag. Update and maintain the records of the stock in the department.
- Keeping loose stock accounting separately.
- Daily stock audit of the pure gold, castings and raw karat gold, updating the same to department head.
- Keeping track of workers gold loss and dust collection.
- Maintain production records of workers.
- Maintain department tools and consumable stock.
- Maintain work instructions and design instruction records.
- Record QC defects in ERP.
- Make sure to issue the work to right worker according to the skill and quality.
- Participate in regular stock audit process and activities.
