The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and the technical capability to operate and monitor pipe-production machinery efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor KRAH pipe-production machinery according to production requirements.
- Set up and adjust machine parameters for efficient pipe manufacturing.
- Monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality and dimensions.
- Identify machine abnormalities and perform appropriate operational troubleshooting.
- Inspect finished pipes and monitor production quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Follow established machine-operation and workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance personnel to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain production and machine-operation records as required.
- KRAH Pipe Production: Strong practical knowledge of KRAH pipe manufacturing processes.
- Machine Operation: Ability to independently operate and monitor industrial pipe-production equipment.
- Machine Setup: Knowledge of production settings and operating parameter adjustments.
- Troubleshooting: Ability to identify common production and machine-operating issues.
- Quality Control: Ability to monitor finished-product quality during pipe production.
- Preventive maintenance awareness
- Production documentation and reporting
- Industrial safety practices
The posting requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in KRAH pipe production
. Candidates should have substantial hands‑on experience operating machinery in a pipe‑manufacturing or closely related production environment.
- Minimum: Typical qualification — ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline
- Preferred: Technical diploma with relevant industrial machine-operation training
- Additional: Relevant machine-operation or industrial safety certifications are advantageous
