Job OverviewWe are seeking an Account Executive to act as the bridge between our clients and creative teams. You will manage projects ranging from Website and App Development to Branding, SEO, and social media, ensuring client objectives are met. Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where bold ideas come to life and top-tier regional clients stand out in competitive markets.
Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for client account management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Develop proposals, follow up with clients, and support new business initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with client needs.
- Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities with existing clients and develop new business.
- Forecast and track key account metrics; prepare status reports.
- Plan and oversee projects, including timelines, resources, budgets, and scope.
- Measure project performance to ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive agency revenue by targeting new clients and growing existing accounts.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, adjusting as needed.
- Collaborate with sales to identify and expand opportunities.
- Assist with project coordination, including briefs, timelines, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor Tender Board, Etimad, and other platforms to identify new opportunities.
- Handle complex client requests or escalations as needed.
- Experienced with CRM software, project management, and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Skilled in delivering client-focused solutions and managing multiple accounts with attention to detail.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experienced in advertising, branding, and communication strategy projects.
- Proficient in project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, a related field.
- +1 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role, ideally within a marketing, creative, or advertising agency.
