Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Communication Strategist to lead and shape communication initiatives for some of the region’s top entities. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic communication strategies, annual tactical plans that enhance brand reputation, engage stakeholders, and support organizational objectives. You will work directly with clients’ senior leadership, including CEOs, board members, and executive teams.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement corporate communication strategies and plans to promote the organization.
- Conduct competitive research, audience analysis, benchmarking, and messaging to build effective branding and communications strategies.
- Build and execute branding, communications, and social media strategies.
- Develop detailed communication tactical calendars and campaign plans.
- Create engaging English content for videos, social media, websites, corporate profiles, annual reports, and other channels.
- Plan, implement, and measure digital campaigns against defined KPIs.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to ensure high-quality, consistent, and engaging content.
- Attend internal and external meetings, workshops, and presentations as required.
- Contribute to new business initiatives, pitches, and proposals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and partners.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of PR and strategic communications, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and communications tools.
- Ability to craft clear and compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications, Business Strategy, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, strategic communications, or a related role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing communication strategies that drive business results.
- Experience in media relations, corporate storytelling, or campaign management is a plus.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to advise on business development and brand strategy.
