We are seeking a
Social Media & E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to lead digital growth for a luxury retail and hospitality brand renowned for its craftsmanship, heritage, and refined customer experience.

The ideal candidate will blend creativity with discipline, someone who can bring fresh ideas to life while operating within strict brand guidelines and an established global identity.

• Plan, execute, and manage content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand tone and visual identity.
• Manage e-commerce channels, including product listings, campaigns, and performance optimization.
• Develop and schedule posts, stories, and paid promotions with approval from management and global brand teams.
• Track digital KPIs, generate insights, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with franchisor abroad and local team to ensure all campaigns reinforce the brand’s luxury positioning.

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, ideally within luxury retail, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics tools, and content management platforms.
• Experience coordinating with creative agencies or internal design teams to produce approved artwork.
• Excellent communication skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Proficiency in English (Arabic a plus).
