Job Purpose

AMAN is building a high-impact, performance-led marketing function to support its next phase of global growth. We are hiring a Graphic Designer to play a central role in shaping how AMAN looks, feels and communicates across all channels. This is a hands‑on creative role for a designer who can combine strong visual craft with strategic thinking — from concepting new visual approaches to delivering high-quality, long‑form marketing collateral.

You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product and Leadership teams. Initially the role will be heavily production-focused, and over time career progression into Creative Lead and brand ownership roles.

Responsibilities
  • Brand & Creative Development
    • Uphold Themis’ brand, purpose and positioning while turning it into compelling visual assets.
    • Apply brand guidelines consistently across all marketing materials.
    • Experiment with new visual styles, layouts and imagery to keep the brand modern, creative and distinctive.
  • Marketing & Campaign Assets
    • Design marketing assets across digital and print channels (campaigns, events, social, web).
    • Create impactful brochures, one-pagers, pitch decks and sales enablement materials.
    • Support product launches, reports and thought leadership with strong visual storytelling.
  • Long-Form & Editorial Design
    • Own layout and pagination of long‑form materials, including reports, magazines and newspapers.
    • Design complex documents with clarity, hierarchy and strong visual flow.
    • Ensure high production standards for print and PDF outputs.
  • Collaboration & Delivery
    • Work closely with the CMO and wider Marketing team from brief to final delivery.
    • Directly support Sales requests on occasion, to improve Presentations and RFPs for example.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Experience Required
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer within a marketing, brand or creative environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative concepting and polished execution.
  • Demonstrable experience producing long‑form editorial and marketing collateral.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, scale‑up or B2B environment is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in an office‑based team.
Skills Required
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign (essential).
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva for fast‑turn and collaborative design templates.
