Responsibilities- Setup and ongoing optimization and management of Digital Advertising campaigns for multiple clients.
- Manage ad budgets, test ad creatives, conduct keyword research and set up audiences.
- Analyze campaign data and provide monthly reports with recommendations and strategy.
- Perform digital advertising audits.
- Manage multiple accounts and tasks, effectively resolving conflicting priorities.
- Collaborate with marketing specialists to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives.
- Monitor and track advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and adherence to financial targets.
- Utilize eCommerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and eCommerce KPIs.
- Perform customer segmentation analysis to identify segments, buying behavior, and preferences, driving targeted marketing campaigns and personalized experiences.
- Conduct funnel analysis to identify opportunities and optimize the customer journey from product discovery to purchase and retention.
- Analyze and interpret data from eCommerce platforms and marketplaces to assess sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and monitor competitive landscape.
- Provide data‑driven recommendations and insights to optimize user experience, improve website performance, and drive revenue growth in the eCommerce channel.
- Other duties assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter/X Ads Manager, and Eurostaffs Ads Manager is an advantage.

Work Location:
In person, Manama. Ability to commute or relocate before starting work is preferred.
Preferred experience:
2 years in paid ads.
