• End‑to‑End Management:
  Full ownership of Instagram and Tik Tok strategy.
• Creative Production:
  Scripting, filming, and editing high‑quality Reels and Tik Toks.
• Strategic Planning:
  Crafting monthly content pillars that align with brand goals.
• Community Building:
  Actively managing engagement to foster a loyal following.
• Data Analysis:
  Reporting on KPIs and pivoting strategies based on performance data.

• Proven track record in social media growth.
• Mastery of Canva (AI tool proficiency is a major advantage).
• Growth hacker mindset – focus on metrics that matter (ROI and reach).

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or online marketing management.
• Good skills in designing posts and photography.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and reporting platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

Must be located in Bahrain.
