We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team and support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for our clients.
What You'll Do- Develop marketing campaigns and content ideas for clients.
- Write content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Research markets, competitors, and audience trends.
- Plan and manage social media content.
- Work with the creative and production teams to bring ideas to life.
- Communicate with clients and understand their marketing needs.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple reports.
- Support the team across multiple client projects and deadlines.
- Bahraini national.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or relevant experience.
- Strong communication and client-management skills.
- Good understanding of marketing, branding, and social media.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
- Previous experience in a creative agency, media, branding, or marketing environment is a plus.
- Portfolio must include marketing campaigns, content writing, social media content, or other relevant work personally created by the candidate.
