Job Description
This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth.
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, with proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and other online channels.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms and digital content.
- Analyze marketing performance, website traffic, leads, and campaign results using relevant analytics tools.
- Develop strategies to generate qualified leads and improve customer acquisition.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments to support business development activities.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitors.
- Create and oversee marketing content, promotional materials, and campaigns.
- Track KPIs and prepare regular marketing performance reports.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and implement innovative strategies to improve results.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.
- Strong background in the digital marketing industry.
- Excellent knowledge of social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and lead generation.
- Experience with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of current marketing trends and digital platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects effectively.
- Real estate or property marketing experience is an advantage.
- Must be currently available in Bahrain.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
