Creative Marketing Executive

Siply is looking for someone who can think like a marketer and create like a designer
.

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on person who can take an idea from concept → campaign → design → post
.

• Plan and execute social media content across Siply’s channels
• Design engaging posts, stories, carousels and campaign creatives
• Develop creative marketing campaigns and activations
• Create content around cafés, coffee culture, offers and Siply features
• Help manage Siply’s content calendar and posting schedule
• Produce and edit short-form content for Reels and Stories
• Write engaging English and Arabic social copy
• Follow social media trends and turn them into relevant Siply content
• Work with cafés and partners on collaborative campaigns
• Support offline activations, events and promotional campaigns
• Maintain a consistent and recognizable Siply visual identity
• Track content performance and continuously improve what we publish

Someone who:

• Has strong graphic design skills
• Understands social media and digital marketing
• Is comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design tools
• Understands Instagram, Tik Tok and current content trends
• Can generate ideas instead of only waiting for briefs
• Has a strong eye for typography, layout and branding
• Can work quickly in a fast-moving startup environment
• Understands what makes content engaging, shareable and relevant
• Can communicate effectively in Arabic and English
• Bonus: photography, videography, motion graphics or video-editing skills

This isn't a role where marketing sends a brief to a designer.

You are both.

We want someone who can come up with the campaign idea, understand why we're doing it, create the content and help bring it to life.
