• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for residential and commercial properties.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, property portals, and other advertising channels.
• Promote property listings to generate qualified leads and increase property visibility.
• Manage social media accounts and oversee real estate-related content, advertisements, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the sales team to develop marketing strategies that support property sales and leasing targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, property prices, and customer preferences in Bahrain.
• Manage lead-generation campaigns and analyze campaign performance and ROI.
• Coordinate photography, video, brochures, property listings, and other promotional materials.
• Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels.
• Develop promotional campaigns for new property launches and existing property portfolios.
• Build relationships with advertising agencies, property portals, media partners, and other marketing vendors.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and present campaign performance to management.
• Identify new marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness, inquiries, sales, and rental leads.

• Proven experience in real estate marketing, property marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Bahrain real estate market is highly preferred.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, paid advertising, and lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of property portals and online property advertising.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze marketing performance and prepare reports.
• Creative approach to property promotion and content development.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition and conversion strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital marketing tools.
• Must be currently residing in Bahrain.
