Sr. Marketing Officer

We are an established e-commerce company operating across the Gulf region, currently looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Officer to join our team in Bahrain.

This role will primarily focus on offline marketing initiatives while collaborating closely with the Central Digital Marketing Team to ensure integrated and consistent campaigns.

• Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, brand activations, events, partnerships, and local promotions.
• Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, venues, and external partners.
• Identify local opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with the Central Digital Marketing Team to align offline activities with digital campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance, and provide reports and recommendations.
• Ensure all activities are delivered on time and in line with brand guidelines.

• At least 4 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in offline marketing and campaign execution.
• E-commerce experience is mandatory.
• Previous marketing experience in Bahrain is mandatory, along with a strong understanding of the local market and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
