A leading kitchen, appliances, and furniture company is seeking a qualified Marketing Specialist to manage the company's social media presence across all brands, execute the monthly content plan, and run paid advertising campaigns that drive measurable business growth.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, or related field
- Bahraini National Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Google Ads
- Experience managing business social media accounts across multiple platforms
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English is a must
- Willingness to appear in the company's visual content published on social media
- Basic design skills and familiarity with Adobe applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and design is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet publishing deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Manage the company's social media accounts across all brands
- Execute the approved monthly content plan and deliver posts on schedule
- Plan, write, and produce content in both Arabic and English
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research
- Create and manage Meta (Facebook / Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Appear in the company's visual content and video productions for social media
- Coordinate product photography and video shoots at the showroom
- Prepare monthly campaign performance reports
- Monitor engagement, respond to enquiries, and route sales leads to the sales team
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials
- Support website content updates and product listings
- Maintain the content archive and asset library
- Pay: BD500.000 - BD750.000 per hour
- Expected hours: 43.0 per week
