The Collective Creative Agency (TCCA) is looking for an organised, proactive and client-focused Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. The role will support the Marketing Manager in managing client accounts, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of content, campaigns and digital marketing activities across assigned accounts. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple projects, coordinate effectively across teams, and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

• Handle day-to-day communication with assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear actions and deliverables.
• Manage client timelines, deliverables and follow-ups.
• Consolidate client feedback and coordinate revisions with the relevant teams.
• Maintain professional and responsive communication with clients.
• Support the Marketing Manager in maintaining strong client relationships.

• Prepare clear and detailed briefs for Creative and Production teams based on client requirements.
• Coordinate the development of monthly content calendars and campaign assets.
• Ensure content follows approved brand guidelines and client requirements.
• Manage client approvals, revisions and publishing schedules.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure content and campaigns are delivered on time.
• Ensure all deliverables are reviewed and aligned with the approved brief before client submission.

• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, content creators and production teams.
• Track ongoing tasks, deadlines and deliverables.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Identify and flag potential delays, resource constraints or project risks to the Marketing Manager.
• Maintain clear project updates and ensure relevant stakeholders are kept informed.

• Assist in preparing monthly client performance reports.
• Conduct basic competitor research and monitor relevant social media trends.
• Support the Marketing Manager with campaign execution and other marketing activities.
• Assist with gathering and organising relevant campaign and performance data.

• Coordinate paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant platforms.
• Assist with campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation and scheduling.
• Monitor campaign performance and coordinate optimisations with the relevant team.
• Track advertising spend and ensure campaigns remain within approved budgets.
• Assist in preparing paid media performance reports.
• Ensure paid campaigns are aligned with client objectives and approved budgets.

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a creative or marketing agency.
• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Strong client communication and account management skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work effectively across Marketing, Creative and Production teams.
• Familiarity with content calendars, reporting and project management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues before they become problems.
• Good understanding of paid advertising platforms, particularly Meta and Google Ads.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
