The Collective Creative Agency (TCCA) is looking for a creative, trend-savvy Social Media Specialist & Content Creator to join our Marketing team. We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands social media culture — not just someone who knows how to post. You should know what makes people stop scrolling, what trends are worth jumping on, and how to turn those trends into content that feels natural and relevant to a brand.

The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, comfortable on camera, and able to take an idea from concept to final piece of content.

• Spot emerging trends across Tik Tok, Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Develop creative and engaging content ideas for different brands.
• Conceptualise, shoot and edit Reels, Tik Toks and Stories.
• Appear on camera for trends, challenges, interviews and other social media content.
• Manage social media content calendars, scheduling and publishing.
• Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
• Adapt trending formats, sounds and ideas to suit different brands and target audiences.
• Create content that is relevant to local and Arabic‑speaking audiences.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to bring ideas to life.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, features, sounds and platform updates.
• Support the development of social‑first campaigns and content concepts.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or a similar role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok and short‑form video content.
• Experience creating and editing Reels, Tik Toks and Stories.
• Proficiency in Cap Cut or similar video editing applications.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and content formats.
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
• Strong creative and visual communication skills.
• Ability to turn trends into relevant and engaging branded content.
• Understanding of Arabic‑speaking audiences and local social media culture.
• Strong communication, organization and time‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, content requirements and deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced creative agency environment.
• A portfolio or examples of previous social media and content creation work is required.

• Understand what makes people stop scrolling.
• Is constantly aware of what is trending across Tik Tok and Instagram.
• Can turn trends into creative content that makes sense for a brand.
• Is confident and natural on camera.
• Brings fresh ideas and is not afraid to experiment.
