We are hiring a Nurse Supervisor to join our growing medical team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing staff and ensuring that high-quality patient care is provided. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month and accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to nursing staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Monitor patient care to ensure it meets established standards and protocols
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans for patients
- Train new nursing staff on policies, procedures, and equipment usage
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process for new nursing staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Nurse Supervisor or similar role in a clinical setting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of nursing best practices and procedures
- Valid nursing license in Bahrain
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an asset)
