Nurse, Charge Nurse

As a Nurse Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the nursing staff in our healthcare facility located in Manama Bahrain. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of patient care by supervising the work of nurses and providing guidance and support to them.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of nurses to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care.
• Monitor patients' progress and provide appropriate interventions when necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Train new nursing staff and provide ongoing education for existing staff.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care, including documentation of medications, treatments, and procedures.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed by the nursing staff.
• Handle any issues or concerns raised by patients or their families promptly.

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing license in Bahrain.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a registered nurse with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time‑management skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with compassion and professionalism.

$1700 per month.

Manama, Bahrain. Relocation assistance may be provided for candidates from outside Bahrain.
