Nurse, Healthcare Nursing

We are in search of a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team in Manama Bahrain. As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting physicians in various medical procedures. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and critical thinking skills as well as a compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients.

• Assessing and monitoring patients health condition
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educating patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments and preventive measures
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documenting all interventions and outcomes
• Assisting physicians during medical procedures and surgeries
• Adhering to infection control policies and procedures
• Participating in staff meetings, trainings and professional development programs

• Bachelors degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Valid nursing license from the country of origin if not Bahraini
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting
• Excellent communication skills in English;
  Arabic proficiency is a plus
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment
• Compassionate nature with strong empathy towards patients needs
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and procedures
