Responsibilities
Establish and maintain corporate QA procedures and QC processes in line with ISO
9001 and FSC standards. Prepare written procedures for production QC and corporate QA. Implement digital systems for quality tracking and reporting – e.g., dashboards and barcode systems. Oversee incoming material inspections, in‑process checks and final product audits across departments – Joinery, Metal, Polishing, Packaging. Ensure only approved materials are used and all work complies with approved drawings and method statements. Control non‑conforming products and initiate corrective actions in coordination with relevant managers.
Maintain quality records – Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), checklists and method statements according to the Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP). Establish and maintain a QC Inspection Report with qualitative analysis and recommendations. Establish and lead monthly operation meetings with key stakeholders to discuss trends, improvement recommendations and initiatives that are agreed and launched. Prepare audit reports and monitor effectiveness of quality procedures.
Lead the QA/QC team and coordinate with project managers, site engineers and subcontractors. Implement training and development programs for staff to enhance quality awareness and prepare future leaders. Analyze customer feedback and implement measures to mitigate recurring issues. Drive business improvement initiatives and maintain a library of SOPs for quality processes.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing or fit‑out projects.
- Strong knowledge of ISO
9001, FSC, and industry standards. - Proficiency in digital quality systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
