K provides Contingency Base Operations, Stabilization, and Infrastructure support services under Naval Support Activity (NSA) Bahrain, UAE, Oman, and related task orders.
Job SummaryK is seeking a Quality Manager who will lead and manage the organization’s quality assurance function to ensure products, services, and processes meet established standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. The role is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving quality management systems (QMS) to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The Quality Manager will oversee quality planning, inspection, testing, and auditing activities to verify compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.
They will establish quality policies, procedures, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and company objectives. The manager will additionally provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to quality teams, ensuring effective execution of quality processes and continuous professional development.
This will be an onsite position with fulltime deployment to NSA Bahrain in Manama, Bahrain.
Roles And Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Analyze quality data and performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action initiatives to address non-conformances and enhance product reliability and process efficiency.
- Ensure successful completion of internal and external audits and promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, operations, procurement, and HSE—to embed quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, auditors, and regulatory bodies on quality-related matters.
- Analyze quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage and mentor quality assurance personnel.
- Must be a US citizen.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Typically 8-12+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance / quality management.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and auditing practices.
- Experience with quality tools (e.g., RCA, Six Sigma, statistical analysis).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
