About YouWe are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining a robust and compliant Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring our products consistently meet specifications, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and improve QMS (ISO 9001, QMSR, ETQ)
- Lead internal audits, CAPA/QNC processes, and audit readiness
- Manage non‑conforming materials and quality incidents
- Support external audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Drive supplier quality (SCAR, audits, performance tracking)
- Conduct Gemba walks and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support training and capability building across quality standards
- Degree in Engineering/Science +2 years experience (or Diploma +5 years)
- Strong knowledge of QMS, audits, CAPA, and ISO 9001
- Internal Auditor certification preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage
- Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills
- English min. B2
