This eight-month on-the-job training opportunity is designed for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in Quality within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry. During the program, the trainee will gain practical experience in quality assurance and food safety processes within a manufacturing environment. The trainee will support the Quality team with routine inspections, documentation, data collection, and compliance activities while learning about the company’s quality standards and procedures.

• Support routine quality and food safety checks across the manufacturing process.
• Assist with inspections of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Help maintain quality records, reports, and relevant documentation.
• Support the investigation and documentation of quality issues and non-conformities.
• Assist with internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Participate in quality improvement and food safety initiatives.
• Follow all quality, food safety, health, and safety procedures.
• Work closely with Quality, Production, Engineering, and other relevant teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• Fresh graduate or candidate with limited relevant work experience.
• Food safety or quality certifications, such as HACCP or ISO 22000 awareness, would be an advantage but are not mandatory.

• Basic understanding of quality assurance and food safety principles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willingness to learn and work within a manufacturing environment.
• Good command of English;
  Arabic would be an advantage.
• Availability to complete the full eight-month training program.
• No Relocation support available.
