This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent (Property Consultant) located in Bahrain. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, renting, and selling properties, conducting property tours, understanding customer preferences, and negotiating deals. Additional responsibilities include generating leads, maintaining property listings, and providing exceptional customer service while adhering to market trends and real estate regulations.
The right candidate should have a proven track record of deal closing
Qualifications- Possess a valid Real Estate License (RERA Bahrain)
- Being fluent in Arabic is an advantage
- Bahraini Driving License
- Experience and knowledge in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in market research and understanding local property trends is a plus
