Monerti is hiring an experienced Property Manager to take full operational ownership of a residential property portfolio. This role requires discipline, accountability, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end management of residential properties
- Full control of leasing, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs
- Oversight of rent collection, arrears, and reporting
- Direct coordination of maintenance teams and vendors
- Primary point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Enforce service standards, compliance, and KPIs
- Strong understanding of tenant lifecycle management
- Ability to operate independently across multiple assets
- Structured, decisive, and detail-driven
- Bahrain market experience strongly preferred
