Rental Executive; Leasing

The Rental Executive (Leasing Specialist) is the primary revenue generator for the company's rental portfolio, responsible for maximizing occupancy rates and revenue from residential, commercial, and retail properties

This role involves end-to-end management of the leasing process, from marketing available units and conducting professional property viewings to negotiating lease terms and processing documentation.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively search for and follow up on leads through various channels (online portals, networking, internal referrals) to convert inquiries into signed leases.

Property Showings: Conduct professional and engaging property viewings for prospective tenants, effectively highlighting the features, benefits, and value proposition of the unit and the community/location.

Market Intelligence: Stay constantly informed about the competitive rental landscape, including pricing, concessions, and new developments, to ensure competitive positioning.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate rental terms, finalize lease agreements, and handle all necessary documentation and move-in procedures efficiently.

Tenant Screening: Ensure all prospective tenants undergo the required screening processes (credit checks, background verification, employment checks) in compliance with company policies.

Lease Administration: Prepare and manage all official lease contracts, renewals, and related documentation accurately, ensuring all paperwork is completed and filed on time.

Relationship Management: Cultivate positive relationships with new and existing tenants to promote high retention and address initial rental inquiries or concerns.

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of direct, successful experience in a dedicated residential or commercial leasing/rental role
