Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Manama. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing staff.

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant including inventory, budgeting, and staffing.
• Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Develop new menu items and manage food costs.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

This is a contract job located in Manama, Bahrain. Accommodation is not provided.

This position is open to all nationalities. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in fine dining restaurants or hotels.
